What we will see
The village of Lovere is located in the northern part of Lake Iseo. Today, in the historic centre, there is a medieval renaissance air and it is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Aristocratic palaces, houses, towers, squares and alleys overlooking the lake appear like an amphitheater. The most important, the noble palace of Count Tadini is now known as the Tadini Academy, houses precious works of art by some famous artists such as Antonio Canova, Francesco Hayez and Pitocchetto. In the rooms objects collected by the Count during his travels including porcelain, archaeological objects found in Pompei, weapons and an important library are also exhibited.
